COMMUNITY ACTION PROJECT - REPTON SCHOOL

Mercia Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) was invited to attend a community event at the Repton School yesterday, (Wednesday 7 January).

As part of a unique project, called Community Action, pupils from the school have a regular opportunity to meet and chat with professional and retired members of the local community - and learn from their experiences.

Yesterday, police attended the event and shared crime prevention advice and road safety information with the young people.

A huge thanks to the ever-friendly school chaplain, The Reverend Adam Watkinson, for inviting police to the event.
